Axis Insurance Services is heading to the Vegas Strip to attend the InsureTech Connect 2026 Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. The three-day event will be at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center from September 29th to October 1st. Representing Axis Insurance at this large event will be Axis Insurance Services CEO Mike Smith, and the COO Morgan Smith.
ITC Vegas is the flagship conference for InsureTech Connect and is considered the world’s largest insurance innovation convention. This packed three-day event includes over 200 hours and 14 stages of programming. Many of the exhibits will focus on AI and its impact on the insurance industry.

Morgan is an insurance operations leader with 18 years of experience spanning large carriers, MGAs, and Insurtech startups. Her background includes claims, underwriting, distribution, client service, product launches, compliance, technology, automation, and operational strategy.
Having spent 12 years at Liberty Mutual before moving into the Insurtech and MGA space with Blackboard Insurance and Coterie Insurance, Morgan brings a strong focus on operational excellence, innovation, and customer experience. In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Axis, she is focused on streamlining operations, leveraging technology, and driving continued growth and efficiency.
