Axis Insurance Services, LLC is excited to announce that it has been selected by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as a crime insurance provider for its Accredited Management Organization (AMO) program.

The AMO designation, first introduced in 1945, is the nation’s first and most recognized certification for property management firms. It has helped hundreds of firms achieve accreditation, setting a high standard for excellence in property management. As part of this program, member companies are required to maintain two key types of insurance coverage:

  • Fidelity insurance, covering management and owners for at least 10% of the firm’s gross monthly collections, or a maximum bond of $500,000.
  • Depositor’s forgery and alterations insurance with a minimum coverage of $25,000.
  • Note: Such coverages are to be written on a loss sustained or loss discovered basis

Axis Insurance Services is honored to be named a preferred provider for these essential coverages. In this role, Axis will offer commercial crime and employee dishonesty bonds to IREM members, helping them meet the accreditation requirements.
