This newly created position was critical to the future growth of the company and Morgan brings the breadth of experience to the companies that will help it meet the needs of the significant growth potential.

Morgan spent 12 years at Liberty Mutual, where she worked in a variety of roles including claims, underwriting, distribution, and client service management departments. It is in this role she developed her management and operational skills. There, she focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement for both internal and external customers. After her tenure at Liberty Mutual, she transitioned to the MGA space with Blackboard Insurance, concentrating on Workers Compensation product launches and claims within Insurtechs.
For the past four years, Morgan has been with Coterie Insurance, where she successfully introduced new products and services to over 60,000 policyholders. Her focus included legal, compliance, scaling, servicing, claims, operations, tech services, business controls, and automation. Morgan is excited to embark on this new opportunity, aiming to streamline operations and achieve efficiency gains within the organization.

In addition to her professional achievements, Morgan is a co-founder of the Center for Family Wellness, a mental health facility focusing on marriage and family therapy, which she started with her husband. She resides in Oradell, NJ, with her two children and their dog, Pepper.
