Axis Management Group Holdings, Inc. (AMGH) is proud to announce the promotion of Justina Confer to Vice President of Finance, HR, and Administration. Justina joined the firm in 1997 as its second employee. Other than a brief period where she relocated, Justina is the longest-tenured employee of the company other than its founder. During her tenure she has seen the company grow from a one-room office in Yardley, Pennsylvania with two employees to a nationwide group of four companies and 50 employees. She has held almost every major role in the company, beginning as a receptionist/accountant, customer service representative, Manager of Accounting, HR and most recently as Assistant Vice President of HR and Accounting. In her current role her responsibilities will include recruiting, development, training, HR and Finance. In her new role she has been promoted to a senior management role where, in conjunction with the other members of the senior management team, she will set the direction, tone, and oversight of the Companies’ explosive growth.
