Insurance agents are at increased risk of E&O Insurance claims in both a soft and a hard market. We are seeing increased activity in E&O insurance claims for our insurance agent and broker clients. Some common examples include: Failure to Procure Adequate Coverage Failure to offer increased limits Failure to report incidents as claims Insolvency of carriers not rated Vicarious Liability for wholesalers and MGUs' We are currently updating our claims scenarios.
