He spoke to about 60 commercial property management companies from around the country and focused on controls and procedures for handling tenant rents, paying vendors, and handling wire transfers. He further discussed how to develop appropriate segregation of duties in small offices and how to handle accounting irregularities. Mike is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences and his presentation was well received by all.
